José Gimeno S.L. has its own production of about 30%, 20% of which are tangerines and 10% are oranges , all certified under the Global Gap Regulations, plots located in the municipalities of Silla, Picasent, Real de Montroy, … Albal in the province of Valencia, an area where this fruit has and a very competent appearance and quality to market demands.
In addition, the company purchases every year a large number of land plots in the town of Silla and surrounding areas (Paterna, Torrente, Pedralba …) that purchases pre-agreed prices, signed and agreed to the individual farmers year after year place their confidence in the company. Considering this situation we must highlight everything this englobes, continuous monitoring by the purchasing manager Jose Gimeno S.L. This large number of plots, both on the issue of waste treatment and control as in the case of commercial quality (size, color,%, juice, Brix …). This significantly increases its own production, in both tangerines and oranges, up to approximately 60% of total production in Jose Gimeno S.L.
For many years we have had access to serious and responsible contacts with national suppliers of raw materials in other citrus regions (Seville, Malaga, Murcia …), where the company caters their business needs at any time of the national citrus campaign does or to any inclement weather that may arise.
